It us a subgke vintage wine picked in 2008 and was conceived to celebrate the 50th year of Sir Cclif Richard's career as a singer and musician.

The base wine was made from 100% Syrah grapes picked early and gently whole bunch pressed before being fermented at low temperature.

The wine was bottle using the Methode Champenois allowing secondary fermentation to occur in bottle. This was followed by 12 months of maturation before release.

The Wine has a delicate salmon colour and fresh red fruit aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant. On the palate it is intense with a creamy texture followed by a persistent and refreshing finish.

We have a very limited stock of this wine which will be released on a first come first served basis. We would liketo give all of Sir Cliff's fans an opportunity to purchase before it sells out and therefore we are now taking pre orders.
